Universal Box v2.8.1 update with support for new SonyEricsson A2 and Locosto S1!

- Support added for the following Nokia DCT4+ models:

· 2330c
· 2323c
· 2600c
· 2680s
· 2630
· 2720
· 7100s

- Added support for Ericsson W205.
- Added Total Call timer reset and flip reset function.
- Corrected Ericsson C905 standalone unlock bug.
