How do I know my navigation system model and the installed map version?
To know which navigation system you have installed on your vehicle, as well as the map version installed on your hard drive, please follow these steps:
1.- Press the [NAV] key
2.- When you see the map on the screen, move your iDrive knob to the right
3.- In the "Options" menu, scroll down to the last option in the list
4.- Select "Navigation system version"
5.- Done, in this screen you will appreciate if you have a MOVE, MOTION, PREMIUM or a NBT NEXT system and the year of the installed maps.
It is interesting to
take a picture of this screen and send it to us by responding to the order email as an attached image file. It will help us a lot while we process your order.
IMPORTANT: the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is required for this service (only if you choose Option 2 or 3). Please fill the VIN in the "Comments / Special Instructions" field before clicking the "Checkout" button.
